Retell Short Movie titled "Partly Cloudly"

This is a story about a life of the clouds and their storks up in the sky. All the clouds in the sky are tasked to sculpt new cute babies and the storks will deliver them to all parts of the world. Not only babies of human but also animal. They sculpt baby cat, dog, and even chicken. They love their job, and always feel pleased of their works.

Unfortunately, there is a sooty cloud who always sculpt volatile babies. It always comes with unusual baby, like baby sheep, bad baby crocodile, porcupine and many others. However, he has a very loyal stork, that always help its to deliver the works no matter how difficult and how hard it’s to deliver them all. The stork frequently have to lose its feathers and get in pain to deliver it because of the unusual works that its made.

One day, the sooty cloud plans to deliver baby shark, but the stork comes to another cloud instead. The sooty cloud feels really sad and mad to the stork. But, when the stork returns, it turns out that storks has a protective outfit to help sooty cloud deliver its work. The stork asked another cloud to make it for him.  Sooty cloud is overjoyed that the stork has returned, and it will work for him again. But it have to deliver, a baby electric eel.
